Notification for the Orders

Overview

Order notification refers to status information being provided to eCommerce portals such as retail marketplaces, gig websites, delivery app services, etc. when certain actions are carried out from user dashboards on AtaraPay.

To achieve the sending of these notifications, the seller is required to add a callback URL for the respective eCommerce portal, so that AtaraPay can send the notifications through the URL.

To add the callback URL, login to the AtaraPay dashboard of the seller, navigate to the Settings tabs and add the URL under the Callback URL section.

AtaraPay would send notification through the callback URL for the following statuses;

  1. Delivery Completed.
  2. Buyer Accepts Order
  3. Buyer Rejects Order
  4. Buyer Cancels Order.
  5. Buyer Cancels Disputed Order
  6. Seller Cancels Order
  7. Seller Cancels Disputed Order
  8. Second Delivery Attempt Notification
